Pre Recorded Zoom Classes

These classes were all recorded while I taught live classes via Zoom over lockdown.

They are all 1.15 minutes long and you are left with a breath practice, to stay in as long as you want to at the end of the class.

In my teaching I encourage the use of props so a brick and strap may be needed in some of the classes.  I use two mats this is only so that you are able to see the poses more clearly. There is a great variety of classes using my style of Hatha and *Vinyasa.  Some of the classes are aimed more for beginners and some for you to learn and improve your yoga practice. The headings give an indication or intent of each class and some you will get a set of classes working on a particular idea. These classes will be held in your account, but you can pick more than one at a time to watch at your convenience.  You get to view the class once. Quality of the recording can be affected by what you are watching your classes on.  I know that my lap top screen is not great and is old.  Zoom also compresses the files to keep storage space low.  My students have used these recordings all through lockdown and have found them more beneficial than a hinderance. Those of you that have done my 12 Week Beginners Course start with the beginner classes and the Hatha classes first. Then try some of the next level *Vinyasa. *Vinyasa Recordings being added later this month.
